Biography
Dr. Boryushkina completed her Medical School education at South Ural State Medical University in Chelyabinsk, with honors, in her home country of Russia. She was a resident in OB/GYN at Northwestern State Medical University in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She completed three years of Internal Medicine residency at Mather Hospital Northwell Health – Port Jefferson, where she received the distinction of Chief Medical Resident.
Before moving to the United States, Dr. Boryushkina spent several years in Saint Petersburg Russia, practicing OB/GYN. After moving to the U.S., she took the opportunity to change her specialty to Internal Medicine. She is greatly motivated seeing her patients referring loved ones they wish to be in her care. She takes pride in empowering her patients to take the best possible care of themselves.
She enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, gardening and spending time with her family.
Dr. Boryushkina is fluent in English and Russian.
