Biography
Nicole Elliano, from Long Island, received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Marywood University, in Scranton Pennsylvania. She completed a portion of her clinicals in Pennsylvania before returning to Long Island and rotating through local offices and Mather Hospital.
Nicole was in high school when she realized she wanted to become a physician assistant. “I have a passion for medicine and find it rewarding knowing that my efforts can improve the life of the patients I treat.” Nicole is passionate about improving the quality of the lives of the patients she treats and is driven by how the medical field is always changing and adapting and how technology allows for new and improved options for patients.
After graduating with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2014, Nicole worked in the Hospital Medicine Department at Mather Hospital. She managed the care of the admitted patients, was the team leader for rapid responses and aided in admitting and discharging patients. Nicole joined Harbor View Medical Services in January 2023.
When not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family.
