Welcoming Our New Provider, Claire Kolensky MD
Mather Primary Care in Port Jefferson, NY is pleased to welcome Dr. Claire Kolensky to the internal medicine staff. Dr. Kolensky grew up on Long Island and graduated from Massapequa High School. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from Duke University and subsequently a Masters Degree from Stanford University, both in Electrical Engineering. From Stanford, she went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency training at Orlando Regional Medical Center where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Kolensky is board certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is excited to join Mather Primary Care after practicing for the past 17 years in Farmingdale and Massapequa, NY. In her spare time, she loves to listen to and play classic rock music.
