Mather Primary Care Announces Grand Opening of Family Medicine Practice
Mather Primary Care is excited to announce the expansion of our Stony Brook office. Drawing on the skill and expertise of our Board-Certified Family Medicine providers, we have created the area’s premier Family Medicine Practice, located in a state-of-the-art facility in Stony Brook Medical Park.
Our physicians and allied health providers bring years of experience in the care of patients age 4 years through adulthood. We offer our patients Preventive Care, Well Woman Care, Routine Physicals and School and Work Physicals as well as care for Acute Medical Problems and Chronic Medical Illnesses. We also perform DOT physicals.
For patients in need of specialty medical or hospital care, we work closely with the medical and surgical specialists of Harbor View Medical Services and the Hospital Medicine experts at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital.
We welcome New Patients and offer pre-scheduled as well as same-day appointments for ALL of our patients. Visit us at our newly expanded office.
